In Germany we say:

If you dont go voting, your (lost) voice automaticly strengthens the Nazi parties..

You learn that in school and its a common understanding. (at least since ww2)

Thats why we always have a good voter turnout.

Obama's better than Republican offerings, but thats hardly saying much is it? Vote, do all the things you can to keep out the larger of two evils (Republicans/Tories) but don't pretend to yourself that thats it, job done and watch the lesser evil continue to screw you over, strike, organise, occupy, direct confrontation is the only language the powerful understand, it is more important now than ever that we understand that

@VicodinAsylum i try and pick the candidate that i think will help the most and fits best. while i can never really trust any of them and all of them lie during campaign one is always better than another it seems, but who knows if things keep going the way they are maybe i wont vote and ill just start protesting. :-P have a good one.

@live4pce So if dem/rep are all the same. Might I ask how you go about voting? If things are going to be the same no matter which one is setting in the White House how do decided which one to vote for?..Hair color? eye color? flip a coin? wait and see which one Oprah approves?
