  • How do you get the pizza out when cooked? Do you cut it in the pan and try to take it out with a spatula? It must be hard.

  • What kind of sausage?

  • I would eat it together with the pan.

  • It looks good but you need to show the finished (cooked) product...

  • I ust love it when they never ever show how to make it. They just show how to place stuff on it.

  • @BeautifulEHuman It will taste Delisious, but yes a tad bit greasy, just dab a paper towel or napkin on it.

  • mines is in the oven, i'm nervous.. ive never cooked a pizza with raw sausage... will it be super greasy?

  • @nefermaatra I was merely saying that you can not call this a Chicago style deep dish pizza, nothing more. Your personal preference to what you believe what pizza is, is irrelevant. However saying that this is not real pizza is in fact showing your lack of culinary knowledge. Yes, Italy is the birthplace of pizza, however food is meant to be changed and modernized. You may not be able to call this pizza, however , a culinary dictionary can.

  • @soigj i'm from Italy. It's funny how perspectives can change.. you watched this video and, according to you, this wasn't a classic deep dish pizza and you really pissed off! Meanwhile I see this monstrous pizza, I see that has nothing to do with our original pizza, THE PIZZA, the real one. And you pretend to discuss about the cheese or the sauce of this "pizza" (God, I can't call this thing pizza!!) and you can't see that you, according to me, you still are a poor man... saluti dall'Italia.

  • Good job, except for the fact that this IS NOT a basic and or traditional Chicago style deep dish. For one, sauce on the bottom, yeah try again, cheese goes first, then toppings then sauce, that's it. Second, you are using shredded cheese, again, nice try, but not what should be used. Finally, to be clear, you created a stuffed pizza, not a deep dish. Though both are from Chicago, your video is not accurate. Being a chef, find the lack of culinary knowledge offensive.
