Super Castlevania 4 Dracula

Thought I'd take a stab at Dracula from CV4. I do pretty good during his first phase, and when he summons the fire skull things, but when he shoots those small fast moving things at you, I ususally always get hit, like here. His small white balls are just so hard to hit!!!! And then I took a step to close during his final phase, oh well. Oh, and I wasn't cheap by doing the little (full power-up) thing at the steps! I wanted to beat him fair and square....its a lot easier if your cheap though!!

ha ha ha i see that you didn't make the trick down of the stairs before fight with dracula. look, before you go up the stairs, jump forward and down of the stairs and get to the corner. see what happens. don't believe me?? do yourself and you will see what i mean

You helped me beat the game!! Thanks! I always avoided this game because I didn't like the swinging on the whip aspect, but now I see why it's realized as one of the best Castlevania games ever! @vladtepes3176 I appreciate that, and grats on beating it. It is definitely worth going through at least once. The music was way ahead of it's time, and still holds up today. The gameplay and controls are silky smooth, which makes it easy, but also an incredible joy to play.

I can't beat this motherfucker for some reason, maybe that's because I'm just 18 so I haven't spent years with my SNES o_o but I'm gonna kick his ass later fo sho!

@Mr0life Probably. I grew up with this game, so what you see here is the product of MANY MANY years of play. Just keep after it and you'll eventually get him! Just remember, each attack he uses has an extremely easy way around it.  Once you learn how to beat each of his attacks, you should be golden!

I remember beating this game for the first time (as a kid) during the summer of '95. Dracula proved to be fairly difficult, but with a little trial and error, I defeated him. As a result, I felt quite accomplished! Super Castlevania IV is indeed a classic! In fact, it's on my top 3 greatest Castlevania games of all time, next to: Dracula X - Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night. I DID like the other games, except for the godawful Castlevania II - Simon's Quest. Very good video, btw!
