ByeByeBelly's New Years Resolution Contest-Week 2

MINI-CHALLANGE: I will continue to keep on my plan of eating 1200-1300 calories per day and to exercise every day (or close to every day) each week to get as close to my goal weight as possible.

Starting Weight (at time of entry): 175
Last Week's Weight: 168.6 (Didn't weigh-in this week because I'm on my period)
Goal Weight: 150

  • Hate those periods. Never lose weight during my period. You're doing great! Exercising every day is a lot though :O

  • @Esvids12 I know I am getting really bored with working out everyday, you know? Like there always at least one day a week where I just don't want to. I try to switch up strength workouts and cardio workouts, though, so I don't over fatigue any one muscle group. Thanks!!

  • hehe raccoon eyes! I always forget I can turn around the lcd screen while I'm recording and see myself... I had to throw away a lot of video because I was super zoomed in, oops!

  • @FaFaNoFr Lol I know the lighting was awful. Just one lamp above me so I look crazy. Oh well. :)

  • Thats really good you stuck to it, I only ate 1300 during the week and then went crazy on the weekend.

    Yeah, outfits are something I visualise.. and imagine them fitting comfortably and everything

  • @ByeByeBelly Thanks. I have been doing worse this week with eating. I have not been very good about tracking everything I eat and I have been caving in and eating some Christmas cookies! Ugh, this time of the year is so hard! I need my willpower back. I have been exercising everyday, though. It seems like with me I am either doing really well with exercising or eating but never both. Annoying.

  • @ByeByeBelly Thanks! I am not doing as well with calories this week...I am not being very strict about tracking and I have been snacking on Christmas cookies. Ugh, this time of the year is hard! And the cold weather here is not helping me. I am exercising though. It seems like I am good at either eating well or exercising but never both. Annoying.
