nope isn`t that thificult on a wire it is more difiicult on a pull bar ataached to the sealing with 2 ropes and it`s like a triangle

@strongbodyandmind @dertuman Hey, i need help, im only able to do like the pull up where my nose is level with the pole, is there any other excersises i can do to strengthen those muscles so i will be able to get my arms over the pole to perform a muscle up, Help would be Greatly Appreciated :D

hi, you can start on the top of the bar and lower yourself slowly down, focus on the transition Dip-Pullup. Negativs works very well.
An other way you can try is to to muscle up on rings.
some month of practice and you get some. You don't need more strength than for pullups and dips
