A glimpse of our inspirational martial arts classes and also martial arts training for fight choreography of two theatrical productions in 2010.

Led by Alan La, Invincible Worldwide began running inspirational Peak Physical Performance (P3MA) martial arts training classes at the UMA Center in 2010. P3MA is a physical development based martial art with the emphasis on improving one's physical capabilities of speed, power, strength, skill and flexibility. It draws influence from traditional and modern martial arts, fitness and sport science. The different arts include Jeet Kune Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Tae Kwon Do, Freerunning and Tricking.

Invincible Worldwide is also known for incorporating motivational and inspirational training techniques into the martial arts classes to empower students with skills and values to succeed in life.

We were also involved in the martial arts training for fight choreography for "The Legend of Asoka" with Vishwaas Productions in July and martial arts swords workshops with Ruchi Sanghi Dance Company for "The Nautch Girls" in August 2010.

  • I love how the instructor focuses on balance, proper movement and body alignment. I'm sure they're most likely no injuries because of his teaching method. Great video!

  • @InvincibleWorldwide - No need for thanks, I was commenting on what I saw. I'm Taekwondo student (for over a year now) and a level 1 instructor at the Academy I train at, so this video was very inspiring.
