wow, i totally have this. people who've known me for a while usually notice it at some point; it's more pronounced in certain situations (when i'm tired, intoxicated, under bright lights, having dry eyes- or when i'm all four of those things at once...)
anyway, thanks for the info, Tegan. it's good to know that surgery is an option if i wanna go that route. and five minutes ago i didn't even know what to call it...
