I think the joke with Polar is that he's reading it from left to right which would be backwards for Japan.

Some differences:

1. Nitros Oxide's talking time is different in confront of the video (not saying his voice fails XD)

2. Crash's model is different, but it's the same while playing

3. It looks like Aku Aku is more talkative XD
