My Senz Mini can be easily folded in a couple of seconds, just like the usual umbrellas, but it seems quite difficult for you...

You are folding it unnecessarily hard. I do own the Senz Mini umbrella and it can be folded in approx. 10 seconds like any other umbrella - just shake a little bit with it and and wind round the hook-and-loop fastener. That is it, very simple process :-)
