7 years! What took you so long to see a hand surgeon?! In our office they try you on cortisone injection, an anti-inflammatory and wrist splint. If that fails after the third injection then you have the surgery. It's three strikes you're out; which is the basic policy for most surgeons in this country when it comes to injections.
Your back pain is coming from your humongous breasts. If I were you I'd first go to a physical therapist to develop your core and then go to their back school to learn how to lift and do things so you don't hurt your back. After all that is done and you still have back problems then try a breast reduction which is covered by insurance. For me Celebrex works great and a Torodol injection was instantaneous. My back pain was gone immediately. Great anti-inflammatory.
