After speaking on the Senate floor this morning about the Supreme Court's decision in Exxon v. Baker, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse took a few minutes to share his thoughts on the Court's legacy with respect to big business and corporate interests. "We need a court that is truly fair and where corporations don't have better rights than regular citizens. Right now there seems to be a distinct lean on the Court, at least on the Republican members of the court, in favor of corporate interests."
