no the outside is isolated if the bird hits the posetif input and the pole he wil get fried

@c0rrupts3ct0r555 He doesn't care if its metal or wood, just whatever is LOUD. They don't just peck on wood or only for food or making nestholes, they also drum to just make a loud sound and attract other woodpeckers.

lol he was in between the 2 hot posts if it werent for the insulators we'd have fried wood pecker for dinner.... he must have not been touching both at the same time. i wonder how long it took him to realize that he was pecking at metal, not wood. lol
