Cool idea, but fascism is defined as a merger of state & corporate power. Instead of showing history book fascists, you should update Woody Guthrie's (not Billy Bragg's, ICYDK) message & make it relevant for the 21st century. 21st century fascists would include people like Dick Cheney (whose relationship with Halliburton epitomises the definition of fascism as stated above). There's no shortage of fascists in today's world, and very few of them are actually CALLED fascists. Do your homework...

Fascism is the future for a perfect world. Plagues like capitalism and communism are the reasons why the World is as fucked up as it is! Also the Western world is losing everything called morale, discipline, ethics, and it's all about personal welfare. @RedFrankCook The fact that there are REAL, live fascists still out here (like the Bushes), and all these examples are historical cases (thus implying it is a phenomenon of the past). The fact that he's using Billy Bragg's cover implies that the song has relevance to the present day (which it does), but does not actually update the basic knowledge being referenced. In short, it's just plain dumb not to show modern fascists, too. Politics + Style - Thought = "Protest Chic".

@planetery So True, many would never consider themselves to be Fascists but who actually embrace Fascist Ideals. Just remember that the first thing Hitler did upon the passage of the Enabling act was to OUTLAW labor unions.
