If rap hadn't been invented by black people, it would have obviously been invented by someone else.. peoples ideas have been other peoples ideas before... the ideas just werent capitalized upon... The Chinese invented a typewriting tool.... but what was the point if they had no ink... it was an invention thrown out the window until ink had been discovered. about 50-100 years later...
