Holding your breath increases your blood pressure. Blow out hard to help keep your blood pressure under control during exercise. Blow it up... breathe normally when lowering weight.

  • i think what is wrong with this picture is that the valsalva maneuver caused pressure to build up, thus making his excrements to flood youtube. this theory would explain a) why there are over 150 of these videos b) why these are all lame c) why the red jacket man is bloated
