Hi Guys, here is part 1 of a video showing you five cute little valentine cards. I tried to pack a lot in and was trying to upload in one but after about 5 hours and only 42% uploaded I gave in and split into 2. In it I have tried to give some of my hints or tips on the Xyron design runner and the Martha Stewart punch around the page punches. Anyway thank you for watching and have a great craft day, Amanda

  • Yes, I have never owned a Cricut but have wanted it for years. Finally I got for Christmas the expression and imagine. I don't really know how to use either and I keep having problems with alignment on my imagine so really I haven't gotten to enjoy it. However, I have learned so much from your videos and I am currently trying to make Valentines cards for my 7 year old daughter's class for tomorrow. So hopefully I'll make you proud. :o)

  • @fairy3573 Im sure you will do fab.I would suggest you redo the alignment.

Put the mat in push it up to the right hand side of the area you insert the mat in the imagine. This side is solid whereas the left side moves. Then make sure every time you do a project the mat is placed up to the right side because it doesnt move it should always go into the machine in the same place as when you did the settings.I hope that helps a bit :-)

  • I love all your video's I think they are great ideas. I just got my imagine and I hope to be able to create as nice a pieces as you do.

  • @fairy3573 hello again and thank you again. Is this imagine the first cricut you have owned? I just know you will love it and become as obsessed as all of us about our little bugs :-)

  • Hi Amanda dear!!!

You poor thing...I know it is a bit tricky to "punch" around the camera...but I really appreciation the detailed explanation that you gave...I think it is the best I have seen. Thanks also for showing the Design Runner...I live in the states in Texas and I have seen them but they are not popular here and "NOBODY" can answer my question about what it is and how it works...so thanks again...I'm guessing that it is a sentiment maker in black ink only? Would this replace stamps?

  • @jeffnval1 Thanks so much for watching and I will do a video showing a bit mire about the design runner as I think it has more potential than just sentiments - and to me is an addition not a replacement to my stamps. Thank you for the compliments about the punch explanation and yes it was a bit fiddly to see with the camera abd tripod right there but I was more concerned that I was making you guys seasick keeping on bumping into it and that you weren't seeing what I was doing! Lol! Hugs Amanda x

As you can see in this video and previous ones I have house mouse decoupage, stamps and backing papers. Now all I am waiting for is the upcoming insert cd rom! Thanks again and have a great craft day, Amanda :-)
