  • You bet. I feel like I should apologize for being so out of breath though- this sounds like an episode of Man VS Wild!

  • Staley:

I have been oly lifting for a few months. The gym where I will be training for the next few months forbids overhead lifting with a barbell. Will doing DB snatches regularly provide useful assistance for my regular BB snatch? I already have good flexiblity for oh squat/regular snatch.

  • After a slight back injury which set me back 2 months away from the gym, you are right about how much you can snatch...I went all the way up to 70lbs per hand my very first time, tomorrow I am going to attempt 80lbs-100lbs.

    Great job :D
