Here's something you need to know -- My skin is DRY
Hence, I don't typically fancy using powder or mineral foundation unless my skin's behaving well. Even so, I usually end up with pretty chalky-looking skin.
Using powder/mineral foundation wet has its benefits:
1. Helps foundation go on smoother
2. Makes it easier to build coverage
3. Gives liquid-foundation effect -- glow!
4. Prevent caking and flaking
