    I do three sets per side.

  • Thanks for sharing this man! I do some stretches like arm circles but this is great, i think i will try to use some weights to stengthen the rotator cuff, and prevent any serious injuries in teh future. I'm 28, so hopefully i can do that now and keep working out wihtout any trouble. If you have any more video clips please post!! Thanks!!

    Thanks man, I started doing these back in college after I partially tore a rotator cuff. It's helped me quite a bit.
