The point is the dangers of drinking during pregnancy. The FAS child is not a clown - it is the parent who drinks during pregnancy. A FAS sufferer is a human being who deserves kindness and respect. never a "clown" (we are all clowns if we are trying to be funny) i don't think it was meant that way tho...i think he is in a loving environment. It is scary that some mothers don't care what they are doing to their unborn child, or they are unaware.
