Hey Brodie I have a problem. The bottom side of my middle finger hurts when I forehand flick because it feels like it's bruised. I don't know from what , but I think somehow my flick slides off the side of my finger and causes it trauma. Is the disc suppose to roll off the middle finger ?

I'm working with a high school team. I've posted a video response demonstrating how I throw a short right to left forehand.

Can this really be wrong? Very different technique to what you're teaching.

@brodiesmith21 Hey Brodie, I'm just curious as to how much will more power from the arm when throwing will affect the distance or rotation on the disc. I'm a baseball player and I play on weekends with a group of people here at my command, I've been trying to learn how to throw this for a while and it's kind of difficult but I'm getting there. I would just like to know, will more power affect the distance of the disc or the rotation of the disc? Or does that all depend on the wrist?
