Kussa or Dolma For Printable Ingredients Visit http://howtoexpo.com/recipes/dolma-recipe (Stuffed vegetables with rice and ground beef) This is an excellent meal, which has so much flavor and truly is delicious. Its not that difficult to make, depending how many servings you are making. This is a traditional middle eastern Dolma recipe. You can stuff just about any vegetable including coring out large firm tomatoes and putting the filling inside and cooking the same way as well. Hope you try it, and let us know your comments. • I tried this dish and the difference was this... I took the scooped out vegetable and just chopped and added it in the stuffing, Very, very delish and you are an excellent TEACHER!

    Thank you!

Let me add this... I cooked this in batches in an 8 qt. rice cooker with better results than the oven. It was made in one batch in the oven and a batch in the rice cooker and the rice cooker cooked it with a more delicate flavor.

  • @icutravelnurse Thanks for the complement. I cook on stove top too sometimes but I have never tried it in rice cooker thanks for the idea.

  • So basically you trough the vegetables away and use only the skin?! What a waste.

  • Hi, @tomatich You're so right. i sometimes throw away the vegetable scooped out when I have no use for them for a day or two, but many times I smash them or cut in small pieces, then I sautee them in butter or oil , add few smashed garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper then crack few eggs on them. it becomes a tasty and healthy breakfast or lunch. Thanks for posting.

  • very delicious food thanks a lot for uploading
