The patterns remind me of sand dollars or ocean fossils that wash up on the beaches of Florida where I lived as a child.

maybe you can use camouflage (green - light green - light brown color combination used in military uniforms to hide) for your suit sensei?
its just a suggestion, but its a good way to hide on forest areas.

どうもです。本当はもっといろんな縛り方があるのですが、
これしか出来ないんですけどね。今回は、偶然に花みたいな模様になりました。しかし普通の絞り染めと逆に、
「色を抜く」って、あんまりやる人はいないと思います。

はい、それは次回に。でもちょっと派手すぎて（苦笑）、
「ジャパニーズ迷彩服」みたいになっちゃったなと、少し反省。模様の出来は、かなり良かったんですがね。
夏用の「ジンベエ」だとこういう柄はあるのですが、作務衣では私も見たことありません。
