Hi nuttcaze !
First of all i really like your vids - you do a great job - i started off with your videos and they really got me going. I have seen this video after i changed several main gears on 200d01 and cb180z with less disassembling. My method is quiet simple:
Special tool needed: Strong suturing needle
1: Free the swashplate: clip of the 2 rods
2: Place the heli on the edge of a table
3: Turn the rotor until you see the metal pin of the maingear from the side
