my hubby is a docter as well, i get to stay home and have a chef cook for me daily, i got to mexico 3-4 times a year to keep my tan goin.. im a house wife.. i love money,,,

On downward facing dog one, i cant feel a pull on my back, just the back of my legs, really pains! Any advice? Thanks

@HereComesASoulSaver just skip the down dog then and move into the other poses, keeping your knees bent.

i could I could definitely feel some relief in the first position shown in your video ,but in the second position you did it is very hard for me to stretch like that probably because I don't stretch too often .in order to feel back pain relief how often and how long do I have to do your exercises ?

@mryoungnique It varies how long you hold the poses, just until you feel some relief. I would do it at least 2-3x a day until the pain is gone and drink lots of water, eat really lightly, and walk!
