Do not take your dog to the shelter anywhere. I took my dog in b/c I had no place to keep her due to living arangements. I took her in on a Friday, brother told me that night he would be willing to take her. Did not think that he would have a place for her. Went back the next day to reclaim her and I was informed that she was put to sleep the same day I brought her in. I am glad she got two days of peace before I took her there. I will never get another dog again. Too much pain when gone.
