  • Thanks for sharing. During P2 we really need a little push with the added vitamins. My Dr also suggested that I take a good multivitamin and D because as we get older we need help with the calcuim in our bones.

  • Great Supplements! I take much the same myself. Also I take calcium & also find that using SoLow/NoSalt - salt substitutes is a really good way of getting extra potassium.

  • Thanks for the video. I've been having some muscle spasm in my legs and I know it's because of the low potassium. I take a multivitamin that has it in there but it may not be enough. And I will have to get some magnesium. It's in my multivitamin but may not be enough. I take a Super B Complex pill but no fiber pills because I take (Dual Action Colon Cleanse) and it does the trick.

  • Be careful with the Magnesium......My experience is that it will definitely keep you "going." Good luck. You're doing a great job with the releases. I like the attitude...everyday is a new day. A chance to fix what we messed up yesterday.
