Carol demonstrates her dialoguing skills with Peter Bearse

At Manchester, New Hampshire, June 7, 2008

First Peter objects to her blowoffs of two previous questioners:
"Those are basically interstate issues in nature and... " (Carol interrupts)

Carol's reply indicates she wasn't listening at all.

Now Peter asks: "How do you jibe... working across party lines to solve... problems... with your voting record... 97% with your party and 99% with Speaker Pelosi."

Carol Shea-Porter: "First of all Peter, Nancy Pelosi doesn't vote."

First she repeats the question, showing she made more of an effort to understand it than she did Peter's previous point.

Then a condescending splitting of hairs.

After this she spoke for many minutes on various of her campaign talking points, but she NEVER answered the question!

This is her standard modus operandi when faced with an unfriendly question. She rambles, she insults, and she runs out the clock without ever actually answering the question.

This is what she calls having a discussion. This is what she calls constituent outreach.

DOUBLE STANDARD ALERT

When anyone responds to Carol the way she responds to Peter here, and with much better cause, we're called RUDE for doing so. But if she does it it's just a little curt.

I got criticized on my first edit of this video for cutting Carol off before she finished.

The reason I did this is because people have complained my other videos are too long and boring.
