i am ra patient 25 years old.i have undergone this treament.this excess fluid causes too much discomfort.i felt much better when this excess fluid was removed from my right knee 2 years ago.

@Addisongasm oh they do get swollen especially wen im in hot weather , on wat i mean on how iv never seen any one drain there knee thats all

wow i have PRA psoriatic rhemuatoid arthritis & im 18 developed it wen i was 7or 8 & iv never seen this before

@5up3rbor3d then maybe your joints dont even get swollen at all. then you seem to be luckier than me. well, i can live with it, and my case isn't even that serious, i've seen worse.

I have RA and never saw this procedure,, is this because you have RA??? or is this something else?? and what is that yellow liquid??

@chetaguete yeah, this is because i have RA. the yellow liquid makes the joints swollen. normally, there's a really small amount of liquid in the joints, but people with RA have more because the immune system "thinks" there's something wrong in your body and this is how it tries to protect you. but since there's no illness to be protected from, the liquid won't go away, because it won't get used.
