@aijunk2 I'm not him so I can't tell you what went on in his head, but I guess it had to do with the facts that the picture on the CD is of a microscope close-up of colliding particles and that my room's sort of a science-nerd heaven. If you found the American version of the CD in a chemistry lab, for example, and had never heard of the Strokes, I doubt you would realize that it had anything to do with music at first glance.

Anyway, if you think this is bullshit, be my guest.
