Even if the Ruling Labor party isn't helping to relieve the tension of Islamic influences on Norway, killing their children isn't going to give them incentive to see/hear your ideas & agenda for fixing the problem. He shouldn't have killed anyone, for any reason. But the fact that he went after the wrong group of people, the children of the political figures of Norway, instead of the people he truly hated, the Islams, shows that he's not trying to create political change for his country, but really perpetuating his own form of hate in the name of political justice.
