Have you had any issues with the real filter peeling? I've read that people with the D7000 had theirs bubble and peel off the screen.

@customx5 Hey Custom...man i hate to say it cause this TV is truly the ISH..when i examine the screen i see that in ONLY both of the top corners, the filter behind the bezel is showing some bubble marks. the largest of the two bubbles just barely stretches over a quarter inch at its furthest point. if your familiar with the set, their is a black edge around the screen that actually doesn't display anything when powered, it just reaches past that that line on both sides sadly..still the best ever

You opened the box incorrectly, there are 4 clips at the bottom which are meant to be unclipped and you don't need to open the top as it's made to slide up and over.

Has yours got any screen peel yet?

@customx5 I'm on my third replacement panel for my D800 as they keep peeling in the corners... Ive got extenbded warranty as a result so the hope is that if it goes again i get it exchanged for the E8000 model!! The PS64D8000 is such an amazing TV apart from this... :)
