On January 8, 2011 South Florida soccer fans lead by the Miami Ultras had a meeting with Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber.
We did something no other possible expansion group did before, we made a video presentation. This is the video that was shown to Don and the audience in attendance.
If MLS wants to make money then these are cities they should expan to
Atlanta: Create a Rivalry with Florida's MLS teams
Florida (Maimi or Tampa Bay): Creat a Rivalry with Atlanta
Edmonton: Create a stronger Canadian Championship Rivalry
St. Louis: Create a rivalry with Chicago and Kansas
Pheniox: Creat a Rivalry with Salt Lake, Colorado or LA
Detriot: Creat a rivalry with Toronto and Chicago
San Antonio or Austin: Create a stronger Texas Derby Rivalry

I really like to see an mls team in the miami area; it's nice, warm and beautiful there. but the questions is : if it's gonna work? Because Miami had a great team before with some great international players and the Fans screwed up. So many cubanos living there and they don't give a shit about soccer; they only love baseball so Sorry Miami. Mls teams will only come there to play during the pre-season to avoid the cold winter.
