The recent u-turn by Marks & Spencer over its £2 surcharge on larger bras, following a public backlash, was yet another example of the growing number of complaints from consumers -- the public interviewed in the latest Brand Republic video believe the internet is part of the cause.

  • large companies spend millions of dollars on market research to gauge what consumer like and don't like about their products. in a way, these companies have engendered a belief in consumers that the product or service they offer should match up to the customers end experience.

    where's the problem...?

  • People lodging their complaints about a company, save so many people, so much time, and money. Anytime I want to order something, and apply for a job, I google the company, and see what others have said. It is wonderful, and a way to stop fraud.
