The recent u-turn by Marks & Spencer over its £2 surcharge on larger bras, following a public backlash, was yet another example of the growing number of complaints from consumers -- the public interviewed in the latest Brand Republic video believe the internet is part of the cause.
large companies spend millions of dollars on market research to gauge what consumer like and don't like about their products. in a way, these companies have engendered a belief in consumers that the product or service they offer should match up to the customers end experience.

People lodging their complaints about a company, save so many people, so much time, and money. Anytime I want to order something, and apply for a job, I google the company, and see what others have said. It is wonderful, and a way to stop fraud.
