Do you really expect an answer for this?
I mean everyone knows that the best way is to masturbate WHILE you exercise. So during your workouts make sure to drop your pants and rub one out in between each set while you are at the gym. That's the secret to getting huge and ripped. Don't worry if people look at your funny while you are choking the chicken... It's just part of the process, you have to ignore everyone around you and stay focused ... Keep the eye of the tiger brother!

My traps are my most stubborn body part the rest if my body have responded really good so far, but its probably because I have only lifted for 4 months before that I was just doing push ups, pull ups, horse stance etc.

hey lee cant you give me any tips to have a larger chest because its have already been almost one year i've been going to gym and there everytime i work on the bench press but my chest is not that large,,in fact it has become like a breast but i dont want that,,i want it to become large ......so any tips or can you show me any video???????????

iv been trying to gain upper traps for a few months now and no matter how many pull ups i do they never seem to fill out the areas where bone shows. are ther freeweight lifts that i can do? or anything else to fill up my upper trap and upper shoulder area?
