Those people are hmong, that means 3 things.

1. They keep as many fish as physically possible, too feed their huge familys.

2. they don't care what type of fish they catch, they will eat anything.

3. They do not help the area's economy in any way, they all huddle into their cars with coolers for lunch and spend no money where they are going. Which in turn, kills the fish population in what ever lake they go to and doesn't help the local economy.
