  • Can I do this with brown rice?If so, how long will it take? thanks

  • yes. add a bit of water (1/4c) to provide a bit more liquid and try cooking 30min. really low. Brown rice is good for you and higher in the fibre. More of a nutty taste than white however, less soft/ fluffy. cheers! KtC

  • ah one last annoying question from me, thank you so much for answering the othrs and it is my pleasure to be subscribed, hreat recipes, can wait to try them. h quetion would be, if I dont hav the spanish spices will the regular ones do too? thanks

  • yes the typical paprika will work fine however, you should be able to buy this where you are or, perhaps try Hungarian smoke paprika. Regular will do though. As for the saffron, it can be skipped if you want. It can be pricey and hard to find 'anywhere'. Ensure to use the cumin and peppers though, this should be 'spicey'. cheers! KtC

  • Another mouthwatering crdeation!

  • I like this one because you can add basically any meat or go without. Shrimp is really good! KtC
