@WindowsReview it isnt. it will actually target websites such as youtube, twitter, facebook and more because they have infringing content on them. what the people in government dont understand is all the videos on youtube and messages on facebook and so on cannot be monitored as soon as they go up so it cant be taken down straight away. millions of members of staff would have to be employed which is not possible and websites of free speech will be shut down for ridiculous reasons

@WindowsReview In theory you are correct. However, I can tell you for sure that this bill would be used only in corporations' interest. Why? Because their interests prevail today.
Think about all your food and medicine. See "Food, Inc" and realize what criminal actions corporations do in their own interests.
Wake up. America does not protect your interests anymore. Unless you are a corporation.

This bill targets mainly rouge websites that steal information from Americans. It has nothing to do with youtubers and controlling the Internet. This is just one step towards stopping identity theft.
