Around the Holidays, we have so much to do that will get you off track with your diet and workouts ~ Holiday Office Parties, Shopping, Cookies. Here's a Body Fit Challenge that you can do at home on the days you can get to the gym.

The Sumo Squat & Side Kick Body Body Fit Workout Challenge is a timed challenge where we do 100 Sumo Squat & Side Kick on each leg and time how long it takes.
