It turned out to just be dirty data in the board related to the memory being so full. Nobody had bothered to delete show files in the last 10 years and there were 1275 shows file. When you check the available memory, it still had plenty, but ETC tells me that this board starts having problems after there are 50 shows saved. Good tip for everyone.

That is just plain weird! You don't have 2 consoles on the system, do you?!
