Fallout 3:how to get both Tenpenny and Megaton houses Glitch

i dont know if it is just a glitch but i got both houses watch the video itll explain

so basically, you disarm the megaton bomb, get the house and then let the ghouls take over the tower and you can then enter the suite through the back door on the balcony, i just summed up your whole video in a couple of seconds, so why the fuck did you have to make this so long and pointless? we dont want to see your crappy weapons, we just wanted to see how to get both places, so put it away and you walk faster, pointless crappy video is a waste of time

what if i get the Megaton house then I go to Tenpenny Tower and talk to him will he give me a key to the suite?

@classicrockrules12 Yes after defusing the bomb then find his kid and talk to him and he will reward you for defusing the bomb and gives you the key to your home of megaton hope this helps you.
