@jheimforth Im like you.Sit down listen to the lyrics,the sound and the art that is metal music.Metallica was "The" band that turned me into a metal head.And I will honor anything they put out wether its like Lulu,St Anger or pop I would listen to it and more than likley love it! Throu Metallica I found Megadeth,throu deth I found Anthrax,throu Anthrax I found Slayer,thou them I found others.So metal IMO is the greatest music in the world!

@jheimforth I remember when I was in Jr High I always wore a Metallica shirt to school and everyone said "Metallica sucks man!" I was like wait and see this will be one of the greatest bands of all time! Guess what? They like Metallica now!!

@jheimforth After he heard this he realized what he's been missing!! I also let him listen to MOP,Ride,Kill,and also let him listen to some Slayer,Anthrax,and Pantera. I thnk it scared him tho!

@02Bamurp Dragonforce's solos are layered. (I think) but yes dragonforce is boring to listen to.

@met1bama Yeah Def Leppard is not metal. Pyromania and High n Dry were "Hard Rock". After that it was all pop rock. This Album is a good definition of metal.

I was riding with a freind one day and he was listening to some old school rap on his 15" speakers,and I was like "dude you like any metal?" He says "Yea a lil bit,I like Def Lepard" So I said "Go by my house and I will get you some real metal jams" So he agreed! We get to my house I go in and get this CD,come bak out and put it in his very loud stereo. We freakin jammed for 2 hours listening to...And justice for all,after a couple days he comes by and says "Dude I still cant fuckin hear!"
