  • It really does seem nonsensical to compare Trader Joe's private labels against name brands at Whole Foods. Why wouldn't you price compare Traders Joe's private labels against Whole Foods' private labels. Wouldn't that be more relevant and insightful. This seems a lot like a video a company would put together as advertisement.

  • I work at whole foods. What many customers do not know is that many products from trader joes and whole foods (eggs, milk, and other WF's '365' products) are the exact same ones. They come from a 'natural' supplier. I'm not saying that the products aren't natural, but they are the exact same ones. I learned this because we received a shipment of milk for WF's when it all came in with the trader joes label! Don't be fooled.

  • Whole Foods is for bourgeois health nuts

  • I am a whole foods girl! Their organic store brand works for me if I am looking for the cheapest product, and if you buy by the case you get 10 percent off. Obviously you cant do this for fresh produce but I am not a raw foodiest so it works. Trader Joes has never impressed me- never!

  • Theo Albrecht owns the Trader Joe's specialty grocery store chain. His brother Karl Albrecht owns the Aldi's

  • I can't stop staring at her tits.

    What did she say?

  • @kalebhgoodwin Who gives a flying fuck! You want goddam GMO free corn ... fucking grow it in your backyard, ass hole!

  • @kalebhgoodwin Personally, I have no problem with GMO's. You can't feed the fucking world on organic food ... it's just not possible. I was simply stating what Trader Joes says on their web site.

  • @codethis Also trader joes is ranked by greenpeace(non-profit organization trying to save the earth) to be the worst grocery store when it comes to seafood practices. they even said that in 2020, there will be no more fish if trader joes continues with their fishing practices. But trader joes has recently announced they will try to have better fishing practices. i study grocery stores for a living, so i do know a little bit more than the average consumer of america.

  • @codethis So thats why whole foods said they cant stop selling GMO foods. In fact, even organic foods have GMO traces. Monsato is a very corrupt company btw.

and last thing, i study grocery stores for a living, so i do know a little bit more than the average consumer of america.

  • @codethis To educate yourself, you need to know, that trader is not GMO verified by the Non-GMO Project. According to the USDA 90% of corn is GMO. There is no way, you can have a 10 billion dollar company selling corn that is not GMO! Each store sells at minimum 5 pallets of canned corn per store. there is no way, they can even source non gmo corn with that volume. 96% of soy is GMO according to USDA. there is no way, a billion dollar company can even find enough NON GMO products.
