  • I just got tears!! I said goodbye to her on Sunday at Barn 55. I already miss our Queen! I had a friend who was there last night and she called to tell me how they let people stroke Zenny. Incredible charismatic Zenyatta!! :-) Thanks for sharing your video.

  • This hastens my plans for a Lexington retirement!

  • Is it just me or does Zenyatta seem to LOVE all the attention she is getting? What a super Mare she was on the race track!!!!!

  • She loved the pats and stopped to acknowledge all of them! Such an intelligent lady-horse!

  • Zenyatta is her Uncle Forego reborn into a healthy body.

  • I miss her more than words can say. I will always love her. I hope to get to see her at Lanes End. Be happy beautiful.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I SO wanted to be there but was unable to. Love you always, darling Z.

  • HOY '09, '10, and a lifetime. Thank you SO much to her connections for allowing us along.

  • Beautiful, beautiful! I wonder if she thinks she's been brought back for a rematch! Nice to see John Shirreffs leading her this time. Thank you so much for the video. I was at the Hollywood Park appreciation day, and wish I'd taken video instead of so many stills.

  • Here is Zenyatta, having a farewell get together before going to the shed for retirement. There hasn't been a better female horse these past two years. Her record 19 WINS and 1 PLACE, out of twenty races. She has carried the industry on her back these past two years and she deserves all the honors she'll get - like,"Horse of the Year"
