two girls moving to New York City . . . .


Demi's P.O.V // Day 30 // August 15.

It has been exactly 30 days since I've been living in this crap my family calls "home." I knew I wasn't going to like this city, this house, maybe even school. Sigh, if only I could go back to Phoenix I wouldn't have ANY problems at all. I kept doodling on my notebook while Macy was cleaning her room. I glanced at the door and saw Max. "Max what do you want?" I rolled my eyes. "Mom wants you to take her place in the dishes, shes taking the late night shift. And Macy , she wants you to do the laundry." I groaned and sat up before he could leave. "WOAH WOAH HOLD UP LITTLE GUY, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?" Max crossed his arms and gave a look at the both of us in the room. "I'm doing dads chores, you know, try to beat his high score in one of his video games." He smirked and waved bye at us then left. "That twerp. Man I can't wait to leave this house." Macy mumbled folding clothes. I stuffed the notebook on my face out of irritation and stress. In three days, whores and fuckheads will be messing around with the both of us. I just hate this place, I bet i wont make one single friend.

the day before school starts . . .

Macy's P.O.V // Day 32 // August 17.

Things was turning out fine for me. New York wasn't that bad at all. I haven't met one single mean person in this city. I'm starting to get used to this place, but Demi on the other hand. Isn't getting better. I walked around the city and stopped by in front of the school i was going to attend tomorrow. "Here we go." I smiled and nodded once then walked my way home. As i got inside our little home I slipped out of my Uggs boots and unwrapped my scarf and threw it on the couch. "Hey sweetie, cant wait for school tomorrow?" I smiled lightly at my mom and nodded. "Liar." Demi chuckled and smacked me on my arm a bit. "Im not lying, im actually looking forward to school." This was actually true. I wasn't even trying to kiss up. But Demi still messed around with me until it was time to sleep-- she was trying to make me admit that i was lying, ha! Nice try :3

the next day . . .

Normal P.O.V

Demi: These animals are jumping everywhere! [rolls her eyes adjusting her coat]
Macy: [sighs] They're people not animals. Gosh Demi. It was just one push, he said sorry.
Demi: Whatever [grips on her books by stress]
Macy: You know if you would just act a lit-- [bumps into somebody] Oh sorry! I wasnt looking--
???: [chuckles] Its fine, I'm nick by the way [sticks out his hand]
Macy: [looks at it then shakes it] Macy. This is my sister Demi.
Nick: [smiles at the both of them] Nice to meet you. Uhm I gotta go I have to send this note to the principal. Catch you later ! [grins then makes his way to the office]
Demi: Okay now im loving this city. [grins stupidly]
Macy: [looks at her] what changed your mind? [hands on hips]
Demi: [blushes] Nick.
Macy: But you just met him?
Demi: Hey, hes cute [smirks]
