@chriswhere This very album has been released on a rare CD from Philips. See if you can track it down. The catalog number is 536 800-2. I had to go to ebay.fr to find one. It's extremely rare.

There's also a japanese release of the album. Google for the catalog numbers UICY-92012 or 6325 021 from USM Japan, a division of Universal Music.
