Indian.インド人 is a famous typo of ハンドル (handle) in a Japanese gaming magazine called Gamest.
In one of the twins' communication events, the twins painted some red stuff on their foreheads and said that they looked like Indians, maybe that's why the player named the unit as インド人を右に
Unit names are decided by the players so they may not have reasonable meaning sometimes...
