Should I really feel bad about eating what ever I wanted during Christmas and New Years when I am trying to diet? Is it a Diet or more or less a way of life now? How do you learn if you don't fail at something? Would you really call that failure or a more of a Learning Experience?
Your weight loss is happening. You are doing it. This isn't a diet it's your life. So do what you're doing: cut yourself a break and get back on track.
Good plan for the next holiday! We had folks over and gave most of the food away on pretty holiday plates to all of our guests. I was so happy to see it go!

You look great!!I would say don't feel guilty about eating differently over the holidays. As long as it is a temporary thing and not a new pattern of eating for you, I think it's o.k. to indulge. Just be sure you put yourself back on your path..Stop the self-doubt/ bad talk to yourself, you know it's not true. Look at how far you've come already!!You'll be fine:-)

You look amazing! I was in that same boat. I ate and drank way more than I normally do during the holidays. I did do a holiday detox too. Life happens and we have MADE a change that has become a lifestyle change, not just a diet for now. I agree that all of this is a learning process and we just have to get back on track. I went on vacation back in Sept and gained 6 lbs overnight. The good news is that it came off in 5 days. Good to see you. I hope to see you sooner, rather than later.

Girl, its ok to let go from time to time. Its not realistic if we stay on a diet for the rest of our lives. I did the same thing over the holidays and just like you, I got back on tract. Thats the most important thing to do. Get back on your game after you indulge. Glad to see an update. You look great!

Know in Advance you will on occasion slip up. Nobody's perfect. Decide in advance how you're going to deal with the inevitable slip. The most important thing is not to let a relapse become an excuse for giving up. I r reached my goal weigh in 8 months of 148 lbs, starting out at 235 lbs. My one year surgiversary is Feb 26, 2010. I gained 3 lbs during the holidays butI also worked it off. This is a lifestyle change. Just get back on track and you will continue to be successful. Take care
