Just why did President Mwai Kibaki, against an overwhelming public mood retain Aaron Ringera at integrity house? That is the question dominating discussion as Ringeras appointment kicks up a storm both inside and outside government. As NTVs Brenda Mulinya reports, critics are giving some interesting answers.

Why Ringera? To cover the tracks of his fellow thieves including chief thief Mwai Wa Kibaki followed by one Kalonzo Musyoka, William Ruto warlord cum militia leader etc. Ringera is a proffessional thief and the face of corruption as kenyans know it. He must be prosecuted in the Hague - Netherlands in the end.
