imagine if a kids show said "hey Hope. lets say we stop and grab a Beer"

There would be hell to pay.

let me tell u, Theys was some better times back then. When they could Really have a Joke that Both Kids and Adults laugh at.

  • Bob Hope was one of the GIANT STARS and will never be replaced.

  • I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS, FROG!

  • i think the reason bob hope wanted to do this song was not only to poke fun at Roy Rogers but also serve as a tribute to his best friend Bing Crosby who made this song a pop sensation with the andrew sisters and this show was filmed a month after his death so its a great tribute to his friend :) Bob Hope is so awesome :D

  • Brilliant !

  • I'M RELATED TO BOB HOPE!!!!! :D

I'm not joking! my grandma traced back the family history and found my grandpa is related to him! it's so awesome!

  • @ExecutorJoe Liberals have ruined our country. Thank God for Youtube.

  • You are SO RIGHT Executor Joe!! I grew up with these shows.....The Electric Company..Muppet Show..it was great. And I did not grow up to drink beer because my shows said things like that. We grew up a hell of a lot smarter than kids today, let me tell you.

  • @SalesmanNo1 - I know, but dont they look like sneakers? LOL!

  • the horse is nearly flying XD

  • @ExecutorJoe

I agree, a number of the shows I grew up with, Tom and Jerry, The Looney Toons have been taken off of TV for one of two reasons the one you mentioned about all of those Politically Correct Tv regs, absolute *HONK* if you ask me, So Long as parents kept the tools and the guns locked up and any other potentially very dangerous objects (Cast Iron Skillet for instance) SlapStick Comedy didn't hurt anybody.
